Invitation to Circle
At Circles with Siana, I offer gentle, inclusive support spaces designed around the needs of neurodivergent adults, counsellors, young people (18–23), parents and carers.
All circles are non-clinical, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming.
Each circle is hosted by me, an experienced psychotherapist and qualified group facilitator who centres integrity, compassion, and accessibility.
You are very welcome to get in touch with no expectations, simply space to be curious and explore if Circle could be a good fit for you at this time.

Anam Charae
2nd Tuesday of each month
7-8:30pm (UK time)
This is a regular monthly Circle for adults interested in a longer term co-created space.
The Celtic philosophy behind an Anam Cara suggests that it is an intentional relationship which transcends the boundaries of distance,
age, gender, faith and culture and allows us to be ourselves “without mask or pretension”.

Neurodivergent Adults
3rd Wednesday of each month
6:30-8pm (UK time)
This Circle is for neurodivergent adults (no diagnosis needed; self ID is valid and welcome).
The format is flexible and responsive to the needs of the people in attendance. Cameras can be on or off and we use written and other forms of communication as well as speaking.
IFS Counsellors Circle
Starting Thursday 30th July 7:00-8:30pm (UK time)
In a profession which can feel quite isolating, this Circle provides a space for each person to be seen and heard for who they are, outside of their work.
Circle as a way of gathering aligns beautifully with the person-centred way of being which many counsellors practise day and daily. The mutuality within a gentle circle structure means that we both offer and receive this holding and containment.
We weave together elements of IFS and group processes to facilitate "inside" self connection alongside "between us" co-connection.
